James G. Biggart is the managing shareholder of Banker Lopez Gassler's Tallahassee office. He has extensive trial experience in federal and state courts, and has tried over 40 jury and non-jury trials. His practice focuses on trucking, transportation and logistics matters, as well as products liability and premises cases. Jim represents several major motor carriers, including Southeastern Freight Lines and Walpole, Inc., and insurers throughout the state of Florida. He is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association, Transportation Lawyers Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and DRI. Jim has been selected as a Florida Super Lawyer and a Corporate Counsel Super Lawyer. He also serves on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
