Mark C. Greene's practice includes representation of corporate clients in multi-district toxic tort litigation, defense of product liability claims and representation of attorneys in legal malpractice actions. In the course of his career, he has defended many diverse products, including construction materials, breast implants, toys, maritime vessels, household and industrial chemicals, tires, heavy equipment, sports equipment and various asbestos and benzene containing products.

Representative Experience 

Mr. Greene practiced as a trial Attorney with Fowler White Boggs Banker P.A., from 1985 until October 2008 when he joined Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. He served as the Products Liability Practice Group Leader at Fowler White Boggs Banker P.A. and maintains at Banker Lopez Gassler P.A.
