Banker Lopez Gassler is pleased to announce that Jason R. Moyer has joined the Firm’s General Trial Practice Group in its St. Petersburg office.
Mr. Moyer concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, products liability, and general negligence matters. Currently, his practice is dedicated almost exclusively to the representation of large general contractors, developers, owners, architects, and engineers.
Mr. Moyer's past experience includes the representation of large contractors and subcontractors in breach of contract and negligence claims involving large hotels, condominiums and multi-family apartment complexes. In addition to construction cases, Mr. Moyer's experience includes the representation of a Fortune 300 Company in a personal injury lawsuit that involved a massive carbon dioxide spill.
Mr. Moyer is admitted to The Florida Bar, The Illinois State Bar, and the United States District Courts for the Middle Districts of Florida. Prior to joining Banker Lopez Gassler, Mr. Moyer was a partner at Fowler White Boggs P.A. in Tampa, Florida. He received his B.A. from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. |
