Mark D. Tinker's appellate practice includes appeals of both final and interlocutory orders, as well as certiorari and other extraordinary writ proceedings.  He provides pre-appellate services to trial attorneys, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, advising as to preservation of issues, and drafting jury instructions, verdict forms, and post-trial motions and memoranda.  He also provides litigation support in other areas, including researching, drafting, and arguing matters which may be particularly complex or unique in the law.  Mr. Tinker has an active insurance coverage practice, where he provides coverage opinions to carriers and institutes and defends declaratory judgment actions on coverage issues. Mr. Tinker is Board Certified in Appellate Law with The Florida Bar.
