Banker Lopez Gassler attorney and Tampa City Councilman, Luis Viera, presented the Vietnam Veterans of America with the Tampa City Council Commendation for their 40th anniversary this morning in downtown Tampa.
Their President, Col. Jim Fletcher, and VP, Mike O’Dell, were there to accept.
