Michael S. McNally is an Associate in the Tampa office of Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. and is a member of the firm’s General Trial Practice Group, focusing his practice on insurance coverage, property damage litigation, trucking and transportation, premises liability, and construction defect litigation. Originally from New York, Mr. McNally earned his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law. During law school, he worked with the New York City Police Department. After relocating to Florida, Mr. McNally served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal matters and developed substantial courtroom and trial experience. He joined Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. following his service as a prosecutor and now represents insurers, businesses, and individuals in complex civil litigation throughout Florida.
