Banker Lopez Gassler is pleased to announce that Michael Balducci has been promoted to Partner at the firm.
Since joining the firm's Tampa office in May 2017, his practice has focused on insurance coverage litigation and a wide range of policy language and claims-handling procedures. He works with issues involving commercial liability, commercial property, homeowners, automobile, directors and officers, and excess policies. He also litigates and advises on issues involving general liability.
