Dale Parker and Ashley Ward-Singleton recently completed a 3-day automobile negligence trial in Hillsborough County, Florida.
The parties disputed who caused the accident and whether the accident caused the Plaintiff’s injuries. The 84 year old Plaintiff had herniated discs in his neck and low back and requested damages of $23,000 for past and future medical expenses. He also requested damages for past and future pain and suffering for ruining his golden years.
After approximately 30 minutes of deliberations, the jury returned a defense verdict of no liability. The Defendant is now entitled to recover their costs and fees.
