Richard Bowers, General Trial Practice Group Leader, and Jeffrey James recently obtained a favorable verdict in a personal injury lawsuit tried in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. The plaintiff alleged injuries and damages resulting from a bag falling on her head from an overhead bin on a commercial aircraft. Bowers and James defended the case by arguing against liability and medical causation.
