Ezequiel Lugo and Petra Justice will be guest speakers at the FDLA’s 29th annual Florida Liability Claims Conference in Orlando, Florida. Over 200 defense attorneys, claims handlers, and other insurance professionals attended the conference. Mr. Lugo will be co-presenting the topic “Florida State Appellate Case Law Update”, and Mrs. Justice will present the topic “Appealing Before the End: A Trial Lawyer’s Guide to Appeals of Non-Final Orders under Rule 9.130.”
