Summer Associate Program

The BLG Summer Associate Program is a highly competitive opportunity designed for law students seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. As a summer associate, you will work directly with the firm’s associates and shareholders, gaining invaluable insight into the practice of law while building meaningful professional relationships.

Our Summer Associate Program serves as the primary pipeline for hiring associate talent across the firm. Throughout the program, you will engage in challenging and rewarding litigation experience, including legal research, writing assignments, and exposure to multiple practice areas.  Additionally, attending client meetings, depositions, hearings, and other functions greatly enhances the summer experience and fosters summer associate development. This immersive experience is designed to enhance your skills and prepare you for a successful legal career.

    All openings for our 2025 Summer Associate Program have been filled.  We will begin recruiting for our 2026 Program in August 2025.
