Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. joined 55 other companies on the finalist list for the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2012 Best Places To Work competition. Companies were divided into four size categories – Nearly Big (10-25 employees), Big (25-50 employees), Bigger (51-100 employees) and Biggest (101+ employees). Employees of nominated companies received online surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace that uses a science-based questionnaire to measure employee engagement, loyalty and rendition. The survey measured 10 key engagement categories focusing on team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
Scores and rankings will be announced at the awards ceremony on April 19th at Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo.
