Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. has an impressive history with the Best Places To Work list. The firm took first place in the “Biggest” (101+ employees) category in 2012. BLG has also been on the list four out of the five years it’s been in place missing only one year due to a deadline misstep…whoops!
The competition divides companies into four size categories – Nearly Big (10-25 employees), Big (25-50 employees), Bigger (50-100 employees) and Biggest (101+ employees). Employees of the nominated companies received online surveys conducted by Quantum Workplaces that use a science-based questionnaire to measure employee engagement, loyalty and retention. The survey measured 10 key engagement categories focusing on team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
Scores and rankings will be announced at the awards ceremony on April 24, 2014, at Al La Carte Event Pavilion.
