For the fourth year in a row, Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. has joined other Tampa Bay area companies as finalists in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Best Places To Work Competition.
The competition divides companies into four size categories – Nearly Big (10-25 employees), Big (25-50 employees), Bigger (50-100 employees) and Biggest (101+ employees). Employees of the nominated companies received online surveys conducted by Quantum Workplaces that use a science-based questionnaire to measure employee engagement, loyalty and retention. The survey measured 10 key engagement categories focusing on team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
Scores and rankings will be announced at the awards ceremony on April 23, 2015, at Top Golf in Brandon.
