Mark Greene and Jeffrey James, two members of the firm’s Products Liability group, have co-authored an article featured in the Winter 2014 issue of Trial Advocate Quarterly, the magazine of the Florida Defense Lawyers Associate (FDLA).
The article, entitled “Danger Ahead: The Changing Face of Failure To Warn Claims,” focuses on variations found in claims made by a plaintiff stemming from an alleged failure by the defendant to warn of dangers associated with the relevant product. The authors discuss language-related issues, a salesperson’s duty to warn, and situations where a manufacturer is sued for hazards in similar or related products it did not manufacture.
Greene leads the firm’s Products Liability Group and is currently Chair of the FDLA Product Liability Committee. James is a shareholder of the firm and is a member of the FDLA Product Liability Committee.
