Dale Parker and Brendan McKay obtained a complete defense victory in Bradenton for their client who rear ended a van.
The plaintiff was a front seat passenger in the van and claimed neck, back and right wrist problems. He underwent wrist surgery and his bills exceeded $40,000. By attacking the claimed medical bills, exposing the inaccuracies in the doctor’s records and the use of a liberal dose of common sense, they convinced the jury that the driver of the plaintiff’s van stopped suddenly and was 100% at fault in causing the accident.
